2 bed 2 bath centrally located on Siesta Key

We really loved everything. The apartment has everything needed (fully equipped kitchen, good beds and bathrooms, etc..) and it was clean. Walking distance to the beach (7 minutes) with beach chairs and cooler. We will definitely stay there again in our next vacation to the region.

Location, clean, comfortable, quiet complex

Not enough bath towels, not great communication with mgmt company, pool was small and always full of those who seemed like permanent residents (older folks) - making it difficult for a family with a small child to feel comfortable using the pool.

The location was excellent. Very close to bars and restaurants but still very quiet when you were in the complex. The complex is very well maintained and the apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We cooked in a lot of the time and the kitchen had everything that you would need to do this. It has easy access to the beach. Patrick and Valerie were quick to respond during the booking process and while we were there.

All were perfect! We lived in apt. 306. First of all - the apartment was the same like on the pictures. We arrived at 3am, but it was not a problem when we checking in. We got instructions the day before. You’ll have a parking lot with roof. All details were included - coins for wash machine, all appliances for preparing food, pods for dishwasher. Beach towels, a lot of towels for home. One more very important thing - storage with all stuff for beach. Like umbrella, chairs, cooler and children wagon. We’re really appreciate the owners! We liked everything. The property is equipped with everything the guests can need, and even more than they need. Quick response from the owners.

The condo was very well-stocked in every way: umbrella and beach chairs, lots of towels, quarters and pods for laundry machines, a blow dryer etc etc. Bed was comfortable, pool area was nice, and the location was convenient with the beach a short walk away. We rented bikes around the corner, and walked a short block for ice cream.

The condo was pretty clean except for the entire window area, inside and outside. When we complained about the dirty window tracks with lots of debris, Valerie came over right away to clean it up.

Great location! Close to lots of restaurants, shops, and the beach were all easily walkable.

could’ve used more bath towels and washcloths also needed some cookie sheets in the kitchen.
