Spanish Villa Suite 54 - Indian Rocks Beach Condo Across the Street to Beach Access, Newly Remodeled & Walkable to Restaurants!

The condo is well decorated, comfortable with everything that is needed for a stay. It he walk to the beaches is very easy. There are several restaurants that are well within walking distance. Parking was also convenient at this he condo. We would definitely come back for another stay.

The only draw back and they told us up front is there still a lot of construction going on from the previous year hurricanes .

The location was wonderful. The bathroom very clean. The newly remodeled villa was beautiful. Great location next to a dog park.

Realizing that Helene and Milton took a toll on the area the outside was rough. A lot of noise with contractors and roofers. Memory foam is supposedly one of the best but the bed was not comfortable. The living room area was not comfortable at all. Needs a more comfortable chair. We had 2 rainy days and laid low. One of us went to the bedroom due to the uncomfortableness of the area.

Tolle Lage. Anlage drum rum ist relativ ungepflegt. Appartement aber wirklich schön und toll ausgestattet. Strandabschnitt sehr schön. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Great location. Details of the condo are exactly what we got! Quiet, safe area.

Everything was enjoyable. No complaints.

Location, inside cottage, clean and renovated

Exterior is a total disconnect to inside. Exterior is run down, long grass and weeds, trash on the floor, cracked pavement, pretty dark and scary at night. Beach chairs only 2 and one broken beach umbrella, that doesnt match the photo of closet content, we asked for a beach umbrella replacement and they never got back to us

Location. Very close walk to the beach.

Room and property needs improvement. Room - Ceiling above bed had something weird on it; looked grossed; couldn't tell what it was. Bed was very squeaky; the slightest movement made the other person wake up. A couple light fixtures didn't work. The entire room had an off putting smell; couldn't place it, but it was very noticeable. Property - Overall run down look and feel. See pics.

It has everything we needed for a family stay, and it's also very close to the beach. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to relax and enjoy our beautiful summer.

Only the sofa bed mattress is very low, so the metal edges are annoying.
