Villa Aenya

Our stay at Villa Aenya was nothing short of extraordinary. The villa is brand new, beautifully designed, and honestly far exceeds what you see in the photos - they simply cannot capture what the place truly offers. Everything was perfect: the space, the comfort, the details, and that breathtaking view that every human should experience at least once in their lifetime. But what truly made our holiday unforgettable was Yorgos (George), the owner. He is, without exaggeration, one of the kindest, most professional, and genuinely helpful human beings we’ve ever met. He was like a real-life genie - whatever we needed, he made it happen, always with warmth, respect, and a smile. There are not enough words to describe the type of person he is. He didn’t make us feel like guests. He made us feel at home. Villa Aenya is a dream, but Yorgos is the heart that makes the whole experience exceptional. We are deeply grateful and would return without hesitation.

N/A. Just a small tip: if you plan to visit the tavernas near the villa, especially "Elena," check your bill carefully. You may be charged for water and bread even if you did not order them and assumed they were complimentary. In our case, they tried to charge us for three bottles of water even though only two were brought to the table, and we did not even open them.

We had a fantastic family stay at this beautiful villa in Greece. The property was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our holiday. The views were absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening feel special. A real highlight was our host arranging a private chef to come to the villa – such a treat and a wonderful experience for the whole family. The location was perfect too, with lovely restaurants within walking distance and local amenities just a short drive away. Our host was incredibly helpful, providing lots of advice and recommendations that really helped us plan and make the most of our trip. We felt very well looked after from start to finish. We made amazing memories here and will definitely be back to this incredible villa. Highly recommended!

The villa offers a breathtaking view-truly one of the best places to stay. The build quality is excellent, and the setting is quiet and relaxing, just a short distance from Nidri for evening strolls.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect — the house was spotless, the pool was fantastic, and the view was simply breathtaking. We spent many magical evenings on the terrace and really felt at home. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us such a warm welcome. We truly didn’t want to leave — it was one of those rare places where you feel both relaxed and inspired. We can’t wait to come back!

Georgios was exceptional from start to finish. From pre-prepared guides and local recommendations across supermarkets, to butchers, restaurants and best beaches - we were able to start our holiday research before we even arrived. The Villa itself was exactly like the photos - which isn’t always the case or guaranteed on Booking. It’s an exceptional villa, from a family who cared about the details when designing and building this from the ground up, in a very quiet corner. It’s the peace we wanted. And it delivered.

Only issue we had was dealing with a few wasps but that’s just life in Greece and Georgios provided coffee grounds to burn to keep them away, and we soon learned that after 8pm they tend to disappear anyway. So we had meal times later and enjoyed using the BBQ multiple times!
