I lied the property a lot because of cleanliness, staff, comfort bed, a nice kitchen with limited utensils, but sufficient. Value for money=200%. Though it doesn’t not have lift which is clearly mentioned in details. I will visit again whenever I am in Hue

It does not have lift, but there in no scope of installing a lift in this building

I stayed in a single room. The room was quite spacious and very clean. There was also complimentary water and sufficient toiletries. The hotel staff speaks good English and is very nice and attentive.

We had no problems with this place. Everything went smooth and the room itself was lovely, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was immaculate. We would love to stay here again and explore more of Hue
