I book with two rooms and 2 toilet but suddenly the owner change to 1 rooms with out any refund coz 1 room more cheap than 2roms

"Great value and location; Great for a family staycation and as take off point anywhere in the Metro"

Location was awesome. Very close to malls, restaurants and both MRT Line 3 and LRT Line 2. Host was very accommodating and keen at answering questions esp. access to swimming pool or simple things. :> Since furnished, we saved money by cooking dinner in the pad. Having a balcony on a high floor also allowed us to appreciate Manila's horizon at dawn and at night time.

"We were very tired when we arrived so we enjoyed the comfort of the apartment."

The location was good. The bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were good. The host had provided us two large containers of filtered water. The lounge and the two bedrooms had aircon.

The provided towels were of poor quality. I think they were made of acrylic and are not good absorbent. Limited carpark space. The carpark was full so we had to park our vehicle away.
