Rare City Home w/ Backyard Fire-pit & Hottub

Excellent property, spacious and comfortable, and welcoming!!

Didn’t like location- had to go through Lancaster every time we wanted to go somewhere. NOT owner’s problem , we didn’t research well enough.

Home was immaculate, very tastefully decorated and much attention given to all the details that guests might need. Such a great coffee bar (w/multiple coffee maker options), well equipped kitchen, thoughtful welcome basket, and very comfortable furniture (which we appreciated since we spent a fair amount of time hanging out together at the house). It's an easy walk to the center of Lancaster but in a quieter neighborhood. The hot tub was a wonderful indulgence in December! In warmer weather the lovely backyard and fire pit would be a bonus, especially for families with children..Kate was so prompt and detailed in all her communication and is a great host.

I can't think of anything we didn't like!

We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of shopping! The house was great for a single night stay instead of a hotel. It has all the essential items that you need.

The only thing that I did not like was that the 3rd bedroom (which I think was an attic before) had very narrow curved steps going up and I could not find any heat source up there.

the house was clean and decorated. Small food basket on the counter. Easy to communicate with, step by step instructions.

steps are steep! Bathroom was on the second floor, bedrooms are on the second and third floor.

The house was very clean there were extra condiments and a lovely snack basket. The decor was adorable. The location was good we were 20 minutes away from the Sights and Sound theater

The house is beautiful and very welcoming. All communication with the owner was detailed and helpful.
