Location was good for work.

We had asked for the checking in instructions to be emailed to an additional email address in addition to the main email address and this never happened so we were unable to access the accommodation on the first night. There was no TV in the property and this was not pointed out in the description on Booking.com. This is classed as a general item to have in accommodation these days so it was hugely disappointing to not have one. The property was cold a lot of the time as the owner controlled the heating remotely. The cutlery drawer was dirty and the baking trays and wok were rusty. Ensure you read the finer details of the House rules because if you don't put out the bin on a Tuesday the property will fine you £100!
