Oceanfront Wells Beach Condo - Ocean Surf #5

The location was great! Beautiful view and you are RIGHT on the beach.

The condo is basic AT BEST. Very outdated. Dishes and silverware was dirty and had spots, fingerprints and dried food. ZERO bath towels. We had to go buy 3 for our stay. Towel bar in bathroom of the first bedroom comes off if you put a towel or any weight on it. Area rug in throw room is so thin and flimsy and has no pad under it, so it moves all over when you step on it or get off the couch. Kitchen table is on an extreme slant from major floor slant, so it keeps wobbling. Furniture is all very cheap. Mattresses are horribly hard and uncomfortable and sheets on the bed felt like plastic mattress protectors. Deck area is extremely small, and has very cheap plastic chairs. Windows were all really dirty and had fingerprints, dirt and build up on all of them. Sliding screen door came off EVERY TIME you opened it. Every single time and you’d have to go outside to pick it up and place back on the rails. Sadly, this was a very disappointing experience.
