My day waste bcoz of this apt is confirm but not available and the person in the desk is not helpful our travel so long just to waste of day talking calling chatting because the owner never cancel our booking earlier wait until our arrival then see his mssg.

My day waste bcoz of this apt is confirm but not available and the person in the desk is not helpful our travel so long just to waste of day talking calling chatting because the owner never cancel our booking earlier wait until our arrival then see his mssg. He mssg me earlier 10 march but no notification from my apps only show when I call him to ask directions for our room. So stressful day on my birthday 🎂 🙄 I cannot comment other things as we never stay here. Please refund my money thank you.

Cleanliness and easy to check in.... not in Malacca need to do this and that to check in

Order for 3 but bed queen size... anyways it doesn't matter bcos the price is better

Seaview room. Owner quick response and offer early check in. Room facing Batam Centre Terminal,easy to check in.

As this is a new mall plus apartment and only about 10% shop open. However, may take 5 to 10 minutes walk to nearby eateries, KFC, Ramen, Burger king & others
