Place was clean an had everything I needed for my short stay, I accidentally booked the wrong day an didn't have a reservation for that night an they helped me an still was able to allow me to check in a day ahead of my original booking .. I would love to stay again if given the opportunity

The washer was out of service, and although it is stated that the neighborhood isn't the greatest because of the homeless population, I got cornered by a homeless guy a foot away from the apartment front door and was spit on by him so wasn't really excited about that but either way I still would recommend this listing to anyone an would stay again

The space was great bedroom, kitchen, and living room even the bathroom everything was very modern love that.

The place felt more like an apartment than a separate home. We could hear neighbors' footsteps from above, snoring from next door, and vehicles passing. There was a lot of activity outside, including pedestrians and some individuals causing disturbances, making it hard to rest and enjoy time there. If they could address some of the noise issues, it would significantly improve the experience. Additionally, I was curious about why guests are asked to take out the trash despite the cleaning fee—just a personal thought. Lastly, I did notice a small frozen cockroach in the freezer and a dead bug near the sink when we arrived, which could be worth looking into for future stays. Overall, with a few improvements, this place could be much better
