Friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We mainly communicated with them on «WhatsApp», since our room was not near the reception, but got fast replies. We also liked the central location, the fridge and coffee maker, comfortable bed and pillows, high quality bathroom supplies and outlets by the bed, also for USB-cables. We could choose breakfast items from a menu in the room, and pick a time between 9 and 11 to have it delivered in our room.

A few minor issues: Our room was not very sound proof. We could hear everything going on outside. The indoor lights were very bright, and there were no reading lights. There was little space for suitcases. Breakfast arrived fairly cold. It was also served a little late for our schedule.

MOLD ON THE WALLS, DUMP AIR! Very unhealthy and unsafe for lungs! Even inside the espresso machine — there was severe mold — it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for ages, and even if someone would clean it after — it’s unsafe for your health to use because the mould keeps living inside the material. I’m attaching the pictures of the mold on three walls and inside three espresso machine so you can check it out. Room is super tiny, really uncomfortable for 2 people, no place to even put a towel in the bathroom! The bathroom STINKS with the smell of mold and wetness… The room itself is located BELOW THE GROUND LEVEL — so it’s technically closer to a CELLAR than to a living space! The entrance door space is tiny and low, and we hit our heads multiple times when getting in and out of the apartment. For a breakfast we got 2 cappuccinos out of 5 SOUR (clearly spoiled!) but the stuff claimed it was the same milk. They deliver breakfast to your room, but there’s totally no place to sit (no table) — so you can only eat on the bed.

Koselig rom og veldig hyggelig betjening. Super beliggenhet, midt i gamlebyen. Kaffemaskin på rommet, hyggelig uteplass på vårt rom. Grei frokost. Trygg parkering på lukket område.

Kom kjørende med bil, litt vanskelig å finne frem, men gikk greit til slutt etter kommunikasjon og hjelp fra hotellet. Dusj hadde glassdør og var synlig fra oppholdsrom, så man dusjer på utstilling. Greit å vite om :-)

Lo único sería decir que la puerta da a la calle y es de cristal, da un poco de inseguridad, aunque hay que decir que nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema.
