"Seaside views with comfort"

Excellent location overlooking the sea. The apartment is secure and in a safe neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and cafe at walking distance. Ivan is a wonderful host who speaks very fluent English and helped us with a lot of good info over WhatsApp even before we arrived. Sleep quality and views of the sunset were top notch. I wish we had more time to spend here!

"Amazing views, very clean apartment"

Beautiful apartment and the owner was so easy to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us great advice for restaraunts etc in the area. Out of curiosity we looked at the price of the hotel next door and it was double the cost of this place. We would definitely stay here again.

"A good base to experience Miraflores"

Excellent location in the centre of the Miraflores area. Easy to get to shops. Host was easy to communicate with and met us at the apartment to show us in. The apartment had 24hr security and a lift. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook and it contained a large fridge-freezer. There was plenty of space for 2 persons and we enjoyed the views. Appreciated the use of the washing machine.

We had to make sure that the dishes were clean to use.

spacious apartment, nice view from the living room windows, superb location (5 minutes walk to big supermarket, 500 meters to Love’s park), sufficient facilities to do cooking and laundry, very responsive host, great value for your money!

it may not get enough hot water for both bathrooms if used simultaneously.

This property is in a great location that has a wonderful view of the sunset. Easy walk to either the beach or to Kennedy Park. Comfortable beds and a great place to relax in the evenings after a day of exploring Lima.

It’s definitely a rental apartment. If you are looking for a five star hotel, then this probably isn’t the place for you. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing, and spacious area for sleeping and relaxation, then this is exactly the place you want to be. Once you’re checked in, you’ll have no fuss or hassles from the front desk running in and out at any hour of the day or night.
