Staff very friendly

The breakfast was okay but try not to mix serving spoons with pork food

Property is excellent

Our stay included all inclusive but the food breakfast / lunch / dinner is very poor no taste and choice of food in brunches are very poor and we found even a spoiled dish on the breakfast

The pool was nice and hotel room was clean and had good facilities

The staff did not speak good enough English to understand basic requests, even at breakfast for example, I. Ask for poached eggs was told by the cook he. Did not know what these were and then he brought me two fried eggs and told me they were poached eggs The drinks were over priced. A bottle of beer was $6 whereas in my previous hotel was $3, they were taking advantage of hte fact that there was nothing else close by so you were. Stuck and had to buy their products. A bottle of Coke was $5, I had not paid more than $1.50 in the hole of hte rest of my trip in Tanzania and Zanzibar for hte last two and half weeks. I requested to upgrade to all inclusive and was told this $70 per day for me alone, but. Another guest was only charged $40. I was told on booking.com that an upgrade to full board was available for $36 in total and then told this was not available on site to purchase. There was no tick box to upgrade on booking.com I was woken every morning at sunrise by a construction team resurfacing the tennis courts, I couldn’t understand why this was being done now when low season is just about to arrive. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I did talk to the new manager about my concerns and he listened well but I feel nothing with change and as compensation station he gave me a free beer! So much more could have been done esp as I was s tuck there due to the war and had no other choices. This hotel as vastly over priced for what you got

Very nice resort

Moldy smell in the room. The driver for the hotel shuttle was not clean. It got too smelly in the shuttle. Terrible experience
