Casa di Pier is a beautiful apartment, very well curated and clean. The bathroom is great and tidy, the bedroom is quiet and comfortable. The flat is located on the third floor with useful lift access. In terms of location, can´t say it´s the prettiest part of the City, but I had really good breakfasts, pizza and food located within 5 min from the flat. Also, I found pretty convenient the 20 min walk to the Old Town. The check-in / check-out process was quite straightforward and easy, with great availability and responsiveness of the owner. Regarding parking, I have been quite lucky and always found free parking on the street or on adjacent roads, although the area is quite busy with cars.

Really nothing bad to say about the house itself, it was great. As I mentioned above, not the greatest area of the City, streets around are quite dirty - but overall felt safe. I didn´t personally meet the owner / manager of the flat, the self check in is managed with a camera system I didn´t know about, it felt a bit “Big Brother” but overall OK. The check-out time stated is 11-14, but I have been asked to leave the flat at 10.30, with short notice, which wasn´t ideal but I had the flexibility to do so without issues.

Everything was perfect. It was clean and cozy. Great location. The host was patient and responsive.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Katia does not know English, but we communicated very well through google translator. The apartment is extremely clean, the beds and bedding are comfortable, the heating and air conditioning are excellent.Bathroom and kitchen fully equipped.The apartment is in a quiet area, from where you can reach the center in about 20 minutes on foot. Public transport is also close to the apartment. A wonderful, large green market and supermarket are nearby. (We note that we are 4 ladies total 250 years old)

Very clean, modern, comfortable, large apartment with balcon, near centrum, near mercato. We was happy there, thank you dear Katy!

The hostess was very generous, and left some cold water in the fridge, snacks and focaccia barese to try out! There was shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, and also a beach umbrella, so no need to buy any of those things! The shower was very good quality, and the apartment is big and spacious. In the kitchen there's lots of natural light from the windows, so it looks dreamy! There was an espresso machine with some capsules and a lot of pots and pans in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook a few dishes at the same time. There are two balconies, one has a table and two chairs, and the other one is great to dry laundry. The air conditioning and wifi was very good. The location of the apartment is amazing, there is a supermarket 2 min away, and other two big supermarkets only 5 min away. There is a bus stop to the city centre and to the beach 1 min away from the apartment, so it was extremely convenient to travel the city. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful, I would recommend it to anyone!

The hostess did not talk English very well, but we managed to communicate through google translate by writing our questions, so everything turned out great! There could have been a bit more cooking tools, like a spatula or a bigger knife to cut ingredients, but it wasn't a big problem;)
