"Great visit, wished I found it earlier!"

This is a true gem💎 I can really recommend this place, just 3-5min from main road walking. So clean, and tidy! Great pool area and garden. All very well maintained. Standard is high for the price and the beach is very nice here too. Only wish I found it earlier and skipped Mirissa. Good quality amenities and water in room The hairdryer actually works great! nice restaurants in the area too.

No breakfast for early departure (minor thing) The ac worked great but was hard to change due to the hight

"A gem"

An absolute gem of a villa. The property is located in the most convenient location with access to convenient stores, restaurants and the beach. The villa is very spacious, spotless and looks exactly like in the pictures. The beds are so comfy. The service from the villa butlers has to be the highlight. We arranged our meals from them and they were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended

"Great place for family holiday."

It was very clean and comfortable place. Very welcoming staff and they were exceptionally helpful. Looked after us very well. Great location. Close to the beach.

Aircon on the living area wasn’t available and to have that turned on we have to pay extra money. Since we have booked entire vila, that should have been included in our package.

"A perfect tropical vibe"

A luxury boutique villa in a prime tourist location. This place have all you need Foods were delicious and facilities meet the western standards. The villa is in walking distance to " the doctors house" and surf spots. Must visit place

"Matara stay."

Very modern, high quality building with a very clear medium sized pool. Hot water!

The bed has a protruding side that is easily run into. I did twice and it hurts!
