There was construction going on from, 7:30am to 4pm, on top floor while we were staying there for 6 nights, very very noisy!

PHThe room is clean and the bed is comfortable. It is walking distance to everything, although riding a pedicab is also a good option as it is cheap. Internet is very good!
The bathroom is small. It is located on the third floor, bringing a big luggage is not a good idea.

USStaff that checked us in was super nice. The space was clean.
The aircon was a small window unit and not a split. Unit. It took almost 5 hours for the room to cool down. It did not help that the ceiling was 15 feet in height. Need a ceiling fan installed to help cool the room down faster. I had originally booked this room for 3 nights but we only stayed 1 night because we needed to get back to Cebu city. I asked about a refund on the 2 nights we payed for but never stayed there. So far no resolution.
