Nothing, everything was perfect

The apartment is even more beautiful in person that it is presentated in the pictures. The whole building is very clean, elegant and brings even more confort for the stay. Very nice host, always there when you write him. Big like. Recommend. We will definitely return!

The apartment is new and clean but this turned out into a downside.

The host has a horrible attitude. I had a complex surgery at Hospital Premiere in Timisoara and I booked this property for my husband. (I have the Hospital letter proving my hospitalization dates) I told the host in advance about my surgery and when we met to give us the key his first reaction was "Why are you so both sad?", I felt he lacked empathy but I didn't think too much about it at the time. During the first day, there were tests for the fire alarm and this was concerning as the apartment is at a 10+ floor. Apparently, the host knew about this but forgot to let us know. My husband said there was noise almost daily from the construction sites nearby, again, something that the host forgot to mention. I got discarded from the hospital earlier than I was supposed to, but I had to stay in Timisoara in case an emergency came up and I also had to wait to have the stitches removed by my doctor, so on Saturday I spent the night at this property, it was the worst decision. On Saturday night, from 3 AM to 5 AM there was a continuous fire alarm, I was panicked as I couldn’t get down the stairs on my own, due to the pain from the surgery. In the end, I called the fire department and they fixed the problem. My husband tried to contact the host during the night so he could let us know what we should do in that situation, but no response from him. The next morning, the host contacted my husband, he said the alarm was none of his business and he was angry that “we didn’t notify him regarding my stay, because he needed to charge us extra”… We decided to leave 3 days earlier and stay in a nearby hotel, without a refund. (I have the invoice from the hotel, that we booked until May 1st). Furthermore, after giving him the review, he contacted me to insult me and my husband. Considering the circumstances, I would never recommend this host, which is unfortunate because the apartment is nice.
