GBProperty was sufficient for my stay. Really nice that tv has subscriptions for tv/films. Lovely location Had an issue with the microwave and host sorted pretty quickly
Wasn’t the cleanest. Tablecloth was full of crumbs and stains. Under the table had clearly not been hoovered. Blankets in the living room didn’t look like they’d been washed. Pans and trays look like they’ve seen better days - no non-stick.

I arrived in the dark and it was hard to see the dial on the lock box - a keyhole light overhead would have been very helpful. A bottle of milk in the fridge would be very welcoming, especially if checking-in late in the day.
GBThe location was perfect for visiting friends in Westcliff. The flat is clean, spacious with bed linen and towels provided. Located close to local eateries and shops, close to Chalkwell - British Rail station We liked the furnishings and had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely return, hopefully later this year
