Great apt. Good space with 3 bedrooms.

Great apt. However is over bars downstairs so quite loud. But great fun if you go join them

Unfortunately air conditioning didn't work

pretty sound proff when u closed the windows, the location and the price.

The place wasn’t clean, and im not really picky. the building had an unpleasant smell. There were only 2-3 glasses available, and no trash bags provided.

The apartment is big and spacious.

First of all, it was mentioned clearly that this apartment has a wifi and an air conditioner. None of these two were functional, after contacting the apartment owner, he said he will send someone to check. No one came until 3 nights have already passed. Then another guy came on the 4th day and said that it's not going to be fixed soon. They then gave us another apartment in the area. The new apartment was good but the way the owners handled the situation was very very bad and unprofessional. In addition to that, the owner told me that they will get back to me for a money refund later since the facilities they promised to provide weren't available. But no one replied after several messages so this is why I decided to write this review. It's important to mention that this happened in the middle of a heat wave (temperature above 35 degrees and my parents are old and can't support the heat)

The location was perfect since it was very much central and with ample of bars and restaurants around. The key collection was super easy and straight forward, including lift to go up to the second floor which was great. The apartment was good enough for us and included most of the things needed. Beds where also very comfortable. 2 sets of double glazed windows was available in rooms to reduce the noise outside. The owner answered my call immediately to help me find the entrance for our apartment and also messaged me on whats up to help out the process.

Unfortunately, the airconditioning system was not functioning properly. Ours was working just like a very small fan which barely did any difference. There were times when it stopped working. Unfortunately we could nt afford to sleep with the windows open hence the noise from the bars beneath us kept going until early morning. Upon noticing the issue about the AC I asked the owner to bring us a fan, but he/she simply ignored my message :(. Also we followed the instructions for the wifi, but the name of the wife was not even visible. When asked about it, we were told to check the router, which was nowhere to be found. Also the TV was plugged in but the wire for the service connection was not connected to anything therefore no channels were available. There was only 1 small cabinet to hang the clothes for all of us. The apartment lacked furniture. I last thing which was really disappointed to us were the bathrooms. On booking.com it states that the apartment has 2 bathrooms which is wrong. We were 5 adults and precisely booked it because of that. One room had 2 wash hand basins and a shower while the other room had a toilet with a small sink. We only had 1 room to shower and 1 toilet room, they were just in 2 seperate room. This is false advertising sorry !!! :(

Perfect location if you like the nightlife on weekends. Good bedrooms. Fresh apartment.

The kitchen didn’t have enough porcelain for the 5 of us.
