Eine sehr persönliche und praktische Unterkunft mit einer sehr aufmerksamen und zurückhaltenden Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst.

Der Wind in der Stadt😉.

Well equipped and comfortably furnished and spacious accommodation. Pretty garden. Very close to Otari-Wiltons bush with lots of walks. Good range of books. No TV but we don’t have one at home either so not an issue for us. Good water pressure and bath as well as shower. Convenient parking. Useful info for guests in folder. Good WiFi.

Accueil chaleureux et bons conseils. Appartement bien placé, au calme et proche de la ville. Bus direct intéressant. Chaud, confortable et bien équipé.

Les stores difficiles à manoeuvrer et peu occultants....

Er was geen ontbijt bij inbegrepen ,en de locatie was heel goed dichtbij Wellington centrum.

Niets viel er tegen , alles was goed geregeld.

This a wonderful apartment that is just far enough out of the city to be peaceful but close enough to be convenient. The weather didn’t allow us the opportunity to explore much of the park that is across the road, but it is an amazing feature that is near the accommodation and probably a good reason why the bird life is so active in the area. The apartment is quite roomy and comfortable, pretty much everything one could need for a nice stay.

Aussicht auf den Vorgarten, Parkplatz vorhanden. Badewanne vorhanden. Gute Internet-Geschwindigkeit.

Kein TV (haben wir aber nicht vermisst)

Location was handy to the city and parklands. Fresh milk and choccies were a nice touch as well. Parking is on site. Host was friendly but also respectful of privacy.

It’s a little bit dated, but that’s neither here nor there. It is next to a school zone which wasn’t an issue for me, but could be during peak times. The only other thing to note was the bed squeaked when you moved, but certainly comfy!

Milk, Chocolates and a welcoming note about the apartment on arrival. The use of the bus card was definitely a plus you will have to add value onto the card as its not a freebie but saves buying one so very much appreciated. Handy for bird watching and bush walks.

Everything was great.

Everything was well stocked and thought threw. Loved all the flora and fauna, listening to all the various bird songs. Right across from a beautiful park walk..Bus stop out front for downtown. Highly recommended instead of driving and parking downtown.
