"WORST hotel experience ever"

WORST hotel experience ever!!! I don't recommend this accomodation to anybody. Our plane arrived late to Bologna. I contacted the accomodation on the phone to find a solution for our late arrival at 10pm. The employee on the phone was unpolite and unhelpful to find a solution for us. They refused to let us check in after 10 pm and they refused to pay at least a part of our money back. We had to book another accomodation SOS somewhere else. DON'T go to this place.

"Grama’s house at walking distance from the main attractions"

Good location and a very large apartment. Parking is pretty difficult but once found a spot, everything is at walking distance.

A lot of essentials were missing (glasses, silverwares,..) and a lot of them were very old and damaged. The kitchen needs a full remodeling.
