"it was not bad we found means to clean it"

the apartment was big and specious

it has a bad smell like something was not fully dried up,there was no dishcloth.we paid for cleaning and no one came to clean,the roof pool doesn’t look as the pictures.we waited 45 minutes for a key the staff kept saying they are 2minutes away.we were not given the remote tag for the parking.The garbage bin we were not even shown where to dispose it.

finish renovation of the sailing cleaners must come everyday bath was licking left a shoe behind and they denying it

People working there were very friendly and helpful

We did not have anyone to welcome us and show us the place, by means of what is were. Things like braai area and pool and how to get there
