The Loop 1-Bedroom sleeps 6, near Limketkai mall in Cagayan de Oro

It's size and the temp of the aircon. Sooo nice. I like the cooking utilities too.

The Induction Stove doesn't work. Or I just don't know how to use it? Internet speed was not exceptional, though. And the shower has no hot & cold options. CR is also a bit tiny for a big guy like me.

The place is cozy👍👍 we enjoyed our stay with my officemates. It is accesible to malls, gasoline station , etc

The location was great as it was in LimKetKai. There were also restaurants near the area and a great cafe fronting the building. We also liked that the host was very responsive, accommodating and easy to reach. It was also very easy to check in and out. The room provided a microwave, fridge, utensils, hair dryer and clothes iron.

Building: - Very slow elevators, it usually took us at least 3 to 5 minutes to get to the unit or from the lobby. The elevators were not very sanitary. - The unit next door was blasting karaoke mid day and late in the night. Although it was not so bothersome when you stayed inside, it was really very loud when you're outside. Unit: - Even after have the staff change the sheets, the bed, pillows and comforter still very smelled musty. Even the throw pillows on the couch outside. I ended sleeping on the living room couch because the smeel of the muggy/musty room was a bit too much. - There were a lot of stains on the couch. - The water pressure was so low, it tooks us so much time in the shower. This was what really set us off during our stay. - At first we thought the water heater did not work, apparently it did, but it took us 2 days to realize why it wasnt working. The red and blue circle markers to indicate hot and cold were interchanged. So we had to pull the lever towards the blue circle to get hot water, and vice versa. - There was no garbage bin in the kitchen, and the one in the living space was very small, so it was really difficult to dispose paperbags after meals. This unit is more expensive than most in the area, and that is why we paid a little extra hoping for a better and more comfortable stay, but it was more stressful than anything. Especially when you just want to relax and have a great shower at the hotel after a long day out in the city. You're better off staying at a cheaper hotel. You'll probably get a better lodging experience.
