"No! Not clean and hot tub didn't work"

The host was not responsive nor did they address the broken hot tub jets. I got messages from their AI bot.

Dirty filthy place. We had to take time and clean the place ourselves. This will only allow me to attach four pictures so I am attaching what I could.
