the cleaning lady was nice and helpful

I would stay away from this property. I only wish you can attach photos and chat from the host to this review. There’s a CAMERA right in between the room and the bathroom, that can also see part of the living room. This is INSIDE the place. I reported this to whichever allowed this booking and hopefully they do something. We booked this place for 3 days and not once did the WiFi work. Immediately when we get there, no WiFi. The host knew about this and decided not to inform us and then proceeded to say the WiFi company cancelled the wrong contract. We literally wasted time trying to figure out getting a new SIM card and all. We requested a refund to leave the next morning, and the host got mad at us for contacting booking.com for wanting to cancel. And kept lamenting that he has to pay the cleaning lady for her time. Sir, we paid €61 for cleaning fee. You never said there isn’t WiFi in your property and we are the bad one for wanting to leave? Instead of him fixing the WiFi issue, he said ‘WiFi is bad in Tenerife and that he’s gone to a lot of hotels and their WiFi are bad.’ No window in the rooms. The first room leads to the second so no privacy It was really stuffy in there and not enough space. So if you are booking for a group, think again. The cleaning lady, super nice, very helpful and sweet.
