MiLa - Homestay in Hue

perfectly located, near shops and restaurants. laundry self-service just across the street, super easy and cheap with card payment. Room was clean and spacious with good wifi connection.

Location is great for food and nightlife. We went in hot season and the days were very hot but night time was great! We were upgraded as our original room had a problem (aircon). But the room was a good size, comfy and the bathroom was nice. Staff were very helpful and recommended places we asked about and they were so helpful with luggage storage on the day we left I am very glad we stayed here.

We stayed on the 3rd floor. No elevator so it was alot to get the luggage up 3 flights.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good location, not far from everything but not too loud either.

Friendly front desk staff, speedy check-in process, large room size, large wall-mounted smart TV, huge comfortable bed, nice decor and color, a lot of quality clothes hangers, excellent hot, and cold water pressure.

The air conditioner was not working properly, even at low temperatures, and on turbo mode. Either the filter needs to be replaced, or the condenser needs repair. Thankfully there was a portable fan in the room which helped to make the room temperature comfortable when on full speed, and paired with the barely functioning air conditioner. The shower drain was not draining properly, so the bathroom would pool/flood with water fairly quickly when showering, almost spilling out into the room. Minor inconveniences were two room lamps not working - light bulbs probably need replacement. Finally, the additional 3% charge for credit card payments was surprising to me. I wouldn't have expected that from a hotel in a very popular tourist city like Hue.

Very central, tidy and staff very helpful

Персонал это самое ценное в этом месте , у меня была маленькая комната но очень уютная, да отель не новый но и не ужасный за эти деньги . Персонал помогал мне во всем , трансферы организовывают в другой город и пошли мне на уступки когда я решила раньше уехать из города
