Tranquil Home with Aircondition, Near Buda Castle

Great location, a lot of kitchenelle, very clean and cozy, comfortable beds. The host was very friendly. The appartment is close to Parliament and Fisherman bastion and their amazing views just in a 10 mintutes of walking.

Very nice apartment, you will find everything you need for your stay. Close to a metro station and grocery shopping options nearby.

Nichts

I stayed with 2 friends in the apartment for 5 nights. It’s a fantastic location near Batthyány ter, has a lovely cafe and pub nearby. Whilst there is room to sleep 4 people , the actual bedroom is very small and the second bed is a sofa bed in the lounge room. It means no lounge area if it’s being used. It would great for 2 people. A few maintenance jobs would have enhanced the stay. It is on 2nd floor.

There was no light in stairway of a very tired building, making it a little unsafe coming and going in the dark, we needed to use our phone to light the area. It was tricky to unlock doors especially the front door. Maybe a new key cut and providing 2 keys would have been more convenient for our group. A few maintenance jobs: no main light in bathroom, curtain not fully attached to rail in lounge room, slight smell of gas when we first arrived, not noticed on last couple of days. Small jobs make a difference ☺️

Amazing location, the host is communicating well, well equipped apartment. We got free coffee to the coffee maker.

Location: The location was absolutely fantastic! It was incredibly convenient and made exploring the area a breeze. Being so close to Batthyány tér meant we had major connectivity to all the main tourist spots in Budapest. Plus, having iconic sights like Fisherman's Bastion just 700 meters away, along with great running/walking paths, restaurants, cafes, and ice-cream parlors right nearby, was a huge bonus. Host: Peter was a fantastic host—incredibly responsive and a true professional. He made sure to communicate all the necessary details to us in advance, making our check-in seamless. Accessibility: The property was incredibly accessible, making our arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. A major bonus was its proximity to Budapest-Déli, which was just two metro stops away. This was especially convenient as it's a major train station for intra-Europe travel, with direct connections to popular destinations like Vienna and Prague. Kitchenette: The kitchenette was a great feature. It was well-equipped and perfect for preparing simple meals, which was a major convenience, especially since we were traveling with a four-year-old. While the area had many great dining spots and cafes, having the option to cook was a huge plus.

Entrance Key: The only issue was the finicky entrance door key to the premise, which were a bit frustrating to use at times. However, host Peter was very modest about this inconvenience and handled the situation professionally.
