Cleanliness of property, well equipped kitchen, secure parking.

Check in and out was very confusing and a clearer set of instructions was needed. It would have been nice to have a pack of information in the property about the apartment but also about local attractions.

Not a lot

Very difficult to contact agent in order to gain entry to complex and therefore impossible to gain entry to apartment. Wi-Fi did not work for 2 days as wrong password given so had to use data roaming which was expensive. Complained about ants in second bathroom,nothing done about that,no basics left, such as waste bags,soap, condiments.No indication where to leave key when we left. Lastly lift did not work when we left, very difficult to negotiate stairs with cases. Not best pleased with dog poo in garden !!

The photos don’t do the property justice! The scenery around the apartments were great. We had a room on the third floor, with a terrace and a great view. The host was really helpful and informative, and always replied within minutes when we had questions.

The beds were not the most comfortable but this was expected when considering the price. The apartment was clean but not spotless - so it should be fine unless you are a clean freak. The pool wasn’t great because it was a little dirty and there are no tanning beds around it but again we were not too bothered with this because we didn’t spend much time in the air bnb.

check in was very difficult. very poor instructions to get to the property. The app to open the lock didn't work. rang the owner and no answer , never replied . Luckily, the concierge managed to find a way to open the keybox, otherwise we would have slept in the stairs.

Large, comfortable 3 bed property, just what we were looking for and great value!

The property was spotless and we were very happy with it when we arrived. It had a lift which made bringing the luggage up quite easy. We had golf clubs and it would have been impossible without the lift. The apartment is very nice and it was OK for the week. The pressure in the shower was terrific and the heating system which was badly needed, was great to have. We had booked a different apartment with Booking.com and it was changed at the last minute, which was a great disappointment to all of us but this was an adequate alternative albeit not the standard we had looked for. It offered good value for money.

It took ages to get the keys. We arrived in the dark and had instructions to press a number on the keypad which was not answered. I found the lockbox totally by accident after walking into the garage. I don't know what we would have done if I hadn't found it as Enrique was busy that night and could only text me. The instructions were totally inadequate. We would have liked fresh towels during the week but Enrique told me that that wasn't an option unless we paid for a cleaning service which we didn't need. All we wanted was towels particularly as the ones supplied were quite thin. Three of us tried to use the cooker rings without success. I don't think that the saucepans are suitable for the hob. There was almost no storage room for the number of beds. The wardrobes had ladders/bedclothes/other items in them and only 2 or 3 hangers. We had to keep our suitcases on the floor in the living room or under the bed and work from them all week. There were enough chairs at the table but not enough for seating. As I said before we arrived, there was not enough seating in the apartment. This still applies. There were no instructions for the rubbish and we would have liked to recycle more than we did. There were only two bins which is not enough to divide rubbish into recycling. also there were no directions to the bins. Are the only bins up the road? Are there no recycling bins in the apartment complex? An apartment that sleeps 5 people should have at least three keys available and not one.
