"Good location but apartment needs improvement"

Good size property and good location

General cleanliness especially the bathroom not good, windows very hard to open with no directions and no fan so was extremely warm

It’s a beautiful apartment. As it’s downstairs you don’t hear the cars on the street and you don’t hear the neighbours above.

The lights outside didn’t work except one, so we couldn’t see
