Menlyn Maine Residences 1 bedroom Apartment 505 with 2 balconies

Lovely spacious apartment. All facilities were in a good working order, tidy and neat. The host is an absolute pleasure to communicate with and very tentative to any suggestions. The combo washing machine was a great addition especially with a baby around.

Unfortunately the scenic view from the bedroom that overlooks the open space across is becoming a dumping site. The outside coffee table on the balcony perhaps needs some attention/ repair.

Beautiful, modern, clean and convenient apartment. Communication with host was excellent. They assisted with bedding for my daughter on the couch as well. Walking distance to Sunbet Arena. I can highly recommend these apartments if you are attending an event or visiting Time Square and do not want to use a car.

Check in took a while, but i presume that was because of the event held at Time Square.

Had an amazing stay at Unit 505 Menlyn Maine Apartment! 😊 The unit is well-equipped with all kitchen appliances, crockery, and cutlery - made cooking a breeze! 🍳 The bedding was super clean and comfy, bathroom was spotless and fantastic, and the lounge area with Smart TV was 👌. Sleeper couch. Aircon worked like a charm and the washing machine with laundry essentials was a bonus! 👍 Love the desk and dinner table in open plan living space.Highly recommend this place for a comfy and hassle-free stay. They have add ons for smaller kids like fold away.

The Host is absolutely an amazing and accommodating person. The apartment has all cleaning supplies and fully equipped.

It’s based in a central location. There was attention to detail and everytime I thought I needed something, it was available. The owner of the unit was very responsive to my messages.
