Florinda 3bdr/2bth 2car garage with New Pool

Nice, clean, spacious apartment. Nice kitchen with new appliances. Washer and dryer in the garage, some beach chairs available. The pool was really nice and the children enjoyed cooling off in the afternoon.

Having to drive to the beach and restaurants (but I was aware of this before, it is not their fault).

The house was located within walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. It's on a quiet street, with some construction sites nearby, however that did not pose a problem.

When we first arrived I noticed there was no paper towel in the kitchen. I could have overlooked this except it became clear it was just the first sign of things that needed attention. The light over the stove top wasn't working. The blinds over the sliding door leading to the pool was broken. Some of the kitchen utensils had dried food and obviously were not cleaned properly. Disgusting. Kitchen knives were so dull it was hard to cut meat and veggies. Pots and pans were so scratched up I didn't feel comfortable cooking our meals. Previous tenants have commented this a few months ago and the owners have not replaced pots/pans. The master bathroom shower grout tiles were black, in dire need of good scrubbing. For the 4th of July, we wanted to grill ribs, burgers and hotdogs, only to find out there was no propane in the tank. Previous tenants have commented a few month ago how the grill is unusable and dirty and yet again, the owners have done nothing to correct this. What a disappointment! I communicated all this during our stay and yet, received no response from the owners.

I loved the layout of the house, and loved all the amenities. It felt like a home away from home. It was very comfortable.

Great location and very clean and comfortable

Pool was fantastic. Comfortable clean house. Convenient location. Construction next door but did not disturb over the weekend. The door is a little tricky to get locked when leaving the property, but no issues otherwise. Highly recommend.

The floor was a bit dirty/dusty. The pans in the kitchen were very used up, not good to cook on.
