Well proportioned, modern property in an easily accessible but quiet bit of the Norfolk countryside. Plenty of plugs sockets.

"Great stay!"

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, hosts were friendly and helpful. Amazing farm shop 5 minutes down the road. Place was immaculate and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch the children loved it as much as us! Hosts have thought of everything and included leaflets about local attractions and games for the children were also available. Can't fault anything, we loved every minute of our stay!

Fabulous hosts, very friendly and helpful. Exceptional property and location. Spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. Comfy beds and excellent amenities. Beautiful village nearby. The view was spectacular! It was a hot weekend and fans were provided, although the accommodation was so well insulated, it kept out the majority of the heat.

The "barn" was very clean, and we had everything we needed. The location was quiet and ideal for a restful time away from home. Would definitely go again. Heidi and Roy are excellent hosts. Thank you for the welcome basket and birthday card

"Brilliant..clean..a real pleasure to stay at"

Very lovely to find 2 bottles of Prosecco and a couple of lagers with some biscuits...very high attention to detail...Met the owners as we arrived and they helped us with information on local restaurants.

Maybe mattress a bit springy but this is a very individual matter and would not stop us returning, which we are highly likely to do!

"Beautiful Barn Stay"

On arrival there was a lovely welcome basket filled with goodies & treats. The barn was immaculate, not one thing we could fault. The decking area was lovely, in the mornings we would have a cuppa and watch the song bird & ducklings. My son loved watching the animals around the barn too. We would definitely return to Brooke View Barns in a heart beat! Thank you Heidi & Roy for making us feel so welcome.
