BEThe location is excellent. It is 550m from the Plaza de Armas bus station. To the shopping center of plaza encarnacion and plaza duque is a straight line of 1km. Excellent communication with the owner, very responsive, considerate, courteous and friendly. The apartment is nice and neat, as described and on the pictures. Marble floors helps cool the place. Bed is good, we slept well. Quiet because the street seems to allow only firetrucks. Didn't see any cars passing. Kitchen is equipped to my needs such as fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Good pressure water and warm water. Led lights so place is bright. A nice neat patio accessible from the bedroom. We slept with window and patio doors open, there is a mosquito screen. Security grills all windows, we felt secure. There is a paid luggage storage about 250 away. I will recommend 💯

The kitchen needs more and better equipment e.g. no stirring equipment, a sink plug that leaked, no tea towel, only steak knives making it hard to butter bread and the sharp knives need to be sharp.
NLLocation was close to large supermarket, bus stop of airport bus (line EA), and not so far from city center. Apartment is on ground floor, quite spacey for two persons, two separate beds. Pictures on bookings.com are realistic. Full kitchen with pots and pans. Pleasant communication with host Javier via whatsapp, who was there to hand over the keys, and explained some things about the apartment.
Apartment (and floor) was pretty cold in February, but fortunately there was heating present. Apartment building is in small street, so when cars pass by, there is a lot of noise; fortunately, the bedroom is in the back so no trouble for sleeping. The toilet is located in the bathroom but quite close to the shower cabinet, so it might be inconvenient for large people (see picture on bookings.com). One day the toilet wouldn't flush anymore. Fortunately the host responded quickly with a good suggestion for a provisional solution.
