We requested an early check-in but were disappointed to receive our room at 5 PM due to unavailable cleaning staff. Would a late checkout be met with similar flexibility?

Rooms though smaller, were looking good

Bathrooms could have been better. They are small but also not clean. There was a bad odor smell in the bathroom all the time

Linen was clean Washrooms squeaky clean The staff impeccably professional Also pay my respects to the person who did the colour scheme. Soothing.

The beds are too soft. As a person who is accustomed to beds on the harder side, i had a little difficulty with these really soft beds.

The room's are very big, neat and clean also staff was friendly and service was amazing special thank u Divya prakash.
