5 min from the beach O2 academy shared bathroom and kitchen

Room size is good. Clean ans comfortable bed and bathroom. Loction is ideal for beach and outdoor activities and close to town amenities. Beach is in walking distance and there are lots of free parking spaces available during the day or later.

Kitchen has oven and hop but we were told not to use for making hot food. So cant even make omelet or simple fried egg. Toaster and microwave are there, though. So, if you don't mind to go out for your 3 meals and stay there for sleep and watch TV then it s Ok. Also, we were told it is quiet after 9pm but heard noises of talking outside the room around 1-2am and someone must be heating food. The most frustrating thing is that the host should have introduced herself and made things clear face to face or via email before we checked in, like a professional, for a en-suite room change. when we agreed for. We ended up getting lots of messages from her while we were out, about her not receiving payment successfully, due to a Wise transfer, which we used the link she has messaged us. It turned out not the easy option is not as easy as it should be. So, these back and forth messages really frustrating, although I got email which shows it was paid the person through the link. I then have to make phone calls to bank and look for customer service information for Wise for a small amount of money, at the late afternoon instead of having peaceful holiday. Other than that all is well. So, if you are someone like us to come to this property and agreed any changes, make sure the communication must be done properly before you checked in and ask them to give you a simple bank account details for any extra fees and tell them that you prefer to do a direct bank to bank transfer and not to go through Wise, which will definitely save your time and mind.

Location for beach superb, and for eating out places. Much appreciated the electric fan in the room, as it was a very hot weekend.

Not sure the extractor fan in the ensuite was working or even if there was one.....

Clean, comfortable place, short distance to the beach. Recommend!

Location was great, the family that owned it was super friendly and accommodating. It was clean and decorated nicely. Parking in the rear was easy and felt safe

There was only one shared bathroom for 3 guest rooms. I wish there was another bathroom

Inga and Martin are exceptional hosts. Warm and hospitable. They went over and beyond any request and what a comfy stay it was. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk away with loads of fabulous restaurants and cafes to choose from.

Location was great, super clean, felt almost very hotel like. Host was so friendly. Super flexible with our arrival & departure time. Will definitely book again for any future stays

Our room was a little on the cold side but it had huge windows and a high ceilings so can’t imagine it’s a room that gets rather warm, less of a complaint more a moaning comment
