Red 1 Caravan Ingoldmells skegness 6 berth 3 bedrooms

Very spacious inside everything worked as supposed to . Very comfortable and warm feel to it we will definitely be booking the caravan again . 10 minutes walk to beach and fantasy island depending on weather u got small kids holding u back lol . Highly recommend to any family looking for a nice comfortable with easy access to local area .

Toilet area a bit to small but manageable

Nice caravan with lots of character 👌, very good value for money, good location. It was super easy to book and stay with clear instructions given, lots to do on and off site. Everything works, comfy bed.

Not recommended for a tall or large person as toilet and shower room quite small. Could do with a deep clean now and again, we didn't mind, just a quick rinse of plates utensils etc job done no problem, not a moan just a suggestion.

Maybe a few repairs but they is normal

I called and called the host regarding access, to now they have never returned my calls. On arrival we went to the site office as had no details for which caravan, they feared we had been scammed. Almost an hour later thankfully they worked out which van it was, tried to call the owner but no answer so they issued us with a key as we had proof of booking. On arrival at the van, it was like there had been a party, stuff everywhere, rubbish all over the place, it was disgusting. I found little bags with white remnants in it and a bottle of poppers. Still no answer from the owner and the site office closed I cleaned it up as best as possible as I had to small children with me waiting in the car in the rain. On the next day we had issues with the boiler, there was burnt paper hanging out of it and a metal piece on the side so of course no hot water and no answer from the owner, I'd had enough by now so boiled the kettle to wash in and got out of there. Really wouldn't recommend booking. It's a shame as had they answered the phone the issues could of been sorted.

The location was great 10 minute walk to fantasy island the site was great

The site chippy has been closed down and the site shop is closed down too so was a 10 minute walk for the morning paper
