This experience felt misleading, as it appears to be an attempt to lure guests to other properties after confirming the original booking. Such practices have caused me to lose trust in Booking.com for allowing this kind of bait-and-switch or fishing behavior on your platform. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that guests are protected from such experiences in the future.
