Clean, modern enough

Freezing! Was only told about the coin electricity meter just before our stay which stated £1 per day in summer and slightly more in winter. We arrived at the property at 6pm and by 9pm we had ran out and my husband had to go and get more money. We used £9 in those hours. Even with the heating on it was absolutely freezing. I am 30 weeks pregnant and my child is 3 years old. It was totally not suitable for anyone to stay. We actually found alternative accommodation for the Saturday night. We couldn’t get hot water to wash up / wash our face without the emersion heater being on which started using so much electricity we had to turn it off after 5 mins. Totally unacceptable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. More than enough room for the 4 of us. The property was very clean and the facilities in the chalet were great. Good communication when needed. Would highly recommend and will return in the future.

the electric was very expensive we was told about £1 per day was was out every day and only used the place to sleep and 2nights cost me £11 and the facilities where rubbish and there was no staff anywhere to be seen for my whole visit

It was cozy and warm. bed was super comfy.

Easy to find the resort, a short walk to the beach, cafe, shop, takeaway. 15 mins to Great Yarmouth. Chalet was beautifully decorated, very well equipped and was very comfortable.

The written instructions for finding the chalet actually made us look in the wrong place entirely. We arrived at night and it took us 10 mins to find it. I think without the written instructions we would have found it much sooner, but I think the instructions were very misleading.
