"Beachcomber stay"

Great chalet clean tidy, WiFi good, great location. Good that the pool entry was included. Very close to beach.

Double bed could do with a new mattress as obviously had its day instead of stcking some foam on top as a mattress topper. Was uncomfortable to sleep on as kept sinking as no support and springs had gone. Could do with some instructions for cooker as none in book Need more cleaning equipment ie. Hoover, mop and bucket.

Comfortness, peaceful, has all you could require for a chalet. Not to far of a drive to Great Yarmouth, Hemsby local. Africa live worth a visit for the price.

"Good stay, better options in the area."

Location and facilities on the park and surrounding

We have stayed in scratby previously and on this specific chalet site. The chalet was fine but the experiences previously had been better for the below couple of comments. You had to pay extra for bedding and towels which you then have to make beds yourselves. Be better just to include in original price and make beds up. Check in time wasn’t till 4 and check out at 10. You feel a little short changed. Even 3-11 would be better and make the value for money and overall guest experience better.

Location, cleanliness, perfect size for us two, pet friendly, very quiet, facilities nearby if we needed them

Not too keen on the £1 coin meter as not easy to get £1 coins on site but we did manage to get some in Great Yarmouth.
