lovely quiet location perfect for walking and beach, the chalet itself was very clean and comfortable, lots to do and see in the area I'm sure we will be back for longer as our two nights was not long enough.

Nothing really everything was excellent.

- Beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped chalet. - 10 minutes walk to the beach and lovely friendly California Tavern. - Short driving distance to Great Yarmouth and also to many sightseeing attractions nearby.

- You have to pay for the electric via an electric meter which takes £1 coins. This was not mentioned in the ad. It cost us £35 for 4 nights for 2 people and were very economic with it. - There is NO FREE WIFI even though free WIFI is heavily advertised. Other customer reviews have noted this too. THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK. - The Owner doesn't reply to emails after booking. - The oven/grill was incredibly complex to operate and there were no operating instructions.

The location was nice close to the sea and the broads and we enjoyed seeing the seals at Horsey. The chalet was clean and spacious.

The chalet out of season was extremely cold even with the heating on all night and the holiday park was very shut up with pool closed and even bar closed. I can imagine it would have been a nice in season. We travelled to see the seals but would not recommend visiting outside of the warmer months.
