The property is warm but kept up reasonably well. The pool is very nice and the veranda unbearable.

The unit 2238 was a disaster. Dirty, smelly, had roaches and the refudgerstor was failing. The carpet full of mildew and the curling was peeling . We had to buy linens and pillows. In all disgusting. The owner is a horrible person . No help from her!

Great central location in Palm Beach. Free Valet was very convenient. Publix across the street for groceries. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Good communication with front desk and unit management. Unit as expected from the photos. Great price for the location.

We are very familiar with Palm Beach. The location of the Palm Beach Hotel is fabulous. It is an older building with no amenities but we were not looking for a gym,etc. Having a coffee ad pastry shop right next to the hotel, restaurants within easy walking distance and a grocery store across the street are great perks for us. The beach is a mere two blocks away. The pool area is lovely and the covered loggia is a nice spot to sit, especially during inclement weather.

Although our expectations were quite low, given the price, the room was run down (I will give credit to the owner as they were very forthright about no renovations and that it was not fancy). I tripped on the area rug many times because it was placed right on top of wall to wall carpeting and it was too big for the space. The baseboards, carpet, walls and cupboards were dirty. There is mould in one of the kitchen cupboards. The blue dye in the toilets splashed on my clothes several times. This unit could be lovely but lamps not working, lights flickering, chipped paint, dirt that rubs off on one's hands,etc. does not make for a pleasant stay. We are landlords also and are well aware of how some people can abuse a space but the lack of cleanliness and neglect of the unit is concerning.

The property was beautiful and the apartment was neat, clean, and roomy! Staff was very nice and helpful, especially the valet staff! It was also a great price for our stay! Loved the pool!

The palm beach historic hotel and its property is great. but understand the units are all different!

The unit was clean but smelled mold. I complained to the management company before writing this review but they did not seamed to care or want to improve. We paid almost 500 dollars for one night. and slept in wet very mold smelling beds. you don’t want to go on bare feet on their carpet- the property (hotel) is cute and has much history. the unit was not renovated which was not a problem but the smell and feel of the beds and carpet was very uncomfortable. I gave a chance to the management to give me some money back or even respond in a caring manner for my feedback but they did not really care - that’s why I am writing so no one goes through the same thing as we did.

I really loved my stay at the apartment! It is on the older side as mentioned but the location makes it completely worth it. Cristina is a sweet and gracious host - she is very knowledgeable and recommended us some great restaurants in Palm Beach and things happening in town. Key pickup at the front desk was simple and the hotel’s facilities (especially the garden) are great. Definitely will be returning soon for a longer stay!
