"Nice hotel in great location near the hospital, comfy and clean with amazing breakfast"

The location to the hospital was excellent. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the bathroom was nice. Beds and pillows were great. The lobby had free coffee machines, and the lobby was comfy and appealing.

They were very nice and made sure I had everything I needed that was requesting.

This is my 3rd time staying here and I didn’t get my deposit reimbursed. I called after this last stay. I was told to wait until end of week and call back. Will call back because I still haven’t received it. It almost been a month which should not take that long. Will definitely consider staying at a different hotel if I don’t get it back. This isn’t good for business at all .

"Comfortable and clean room. Located very close to Medical Center"

I had early morning appointments at Wilmington Health and the hotel was about 1/4 mile from their office

I was on first floor and throughout the night there was people going in and out of their rooms and letting their doors slam shut. Very noisy
