We loved this little cottage, small but perfectly laid out and beautifully furnished. Really comfortable bed with en-suite. Big TV with Netflix for films and added bonus of Sky Sports for Premiership football! Even a radio in the lounge which few B & B’s provide. Very friendly host next door advising us where to park. Warm and cozy on a rainy visit to Chichester. Thank you

Nothing bad to say about this property. Only thing that surprised us was how close it was to the retail park, as the photos shown online were of the front of the cottage, which gives the impression that it is more rural. Large vehicles parked in front of the lounge window blocking light and view.

This place is great. Round the corner from M&S Food and some other shops, with a big supermarket a short walk away, yet quiet at night. The place was clean and cosy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated how this place was set up for our dog. Host provided water and food bowl, and there was a temporary baby gate at the bottom of the stairs. The available parking is right outside the entrance. Would highly recommend!

No complaints. We ran into the host on our second day and mentioned the electric cable on the provided tower fan in the bedroom was a little short to make it effective. Later that day he dropped round and extension cable - making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Beautifully clean. All amenities good. Great spot. Good communication with hosts. Lovely comfortable bed.

Clean and tidy accomodation with good communication from the owners. All the basics covered with additional extras re heating and fans etc. Backing onto a retail park is a little unusual but is very convenient and no issues re parking.
