"Disappointed"

The actual caravan was very nice, and apart from having to take your own linen, it had everything you needed.

The television was stuck on one channel. Maintenance came and had a look and promised to come back and fix it, which he didn't do, and we weren't notified .. very disappointing, so we actually had no television in the caravan.

Quite caravan site looks mostly privately owned. Right by the sea Lovely decking around caravan (no seating)

Caravan was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival including dirty plate and filthy handles. Looks like it needs a very deep clean organised between guests. TV is extremely sun damaged so picture quality is terrible so I advise to bring own devices. I left the property stripping the mattress protectors off the bed and putting in the shower for the cleaners (toddlers spilt juice on them) and have been fined £50 for doing so as apparently the mattress protectors are only ‘spot cleaned’ between guest which has made me question how many people’s infections/germs my family have just stayed in.. Notnjnf to do on campsite other then lovely walk by the ocean and small children’s park or lovely gardens on the road opposite with another park and cafe. The other side of the pier looked much more appealing and family friendly.
