It was amazing value, spotlessly clean, nice area to sit outside and it had nearly everything in there that you would need.

Just a couple of things the curtains in the front room did not have enough hooks to put on curtain rail and it would be nice that the curtains were enough so that you could draw them when it gets dark but there is nothing there. Also no iron or ironing board. And that the signal for mobile phones and connection very poor. And if the decking had a deep clean round the edges. Plug hole in the shower room stiff and needs looking at.

The Caravan location was perfect 👍🏼

Sofa was uncomfortable to sit on

Well laid out, Spacious bedroom, very comfortable free standing lounge furniture. Well equipped kitchen with sharp knives.

Banging on caravan roof caused by baby (huge) seagulls running up & down especially when parents return with food from 4am onwards. As they couldn’t yet fly they were practising taking off a few inches then crashing down onto the roof. Seagulls return each year to the same location! No evening privacy in lounge as main curtains do not fully close.

Caravan was a 20 minute walk into the town centre of Hunstanton. Bus stops are very near the entrance to the park, so easy to use buses to get around. We usually park up and then use the Coastliner buses. First time at the site, quiet, and clean. No over flowing bins, rubbish etc and plenty of flower beds and greenery to enhance your experience. We were in a private rental so no passes were included. We went to the club house and paid £9 each for 3 days. This entitles you to use the bar and entertainment, as well as the pool. Staff were informative and security is on to ensure the safety of their customers. Although there were no incidents when we were there, even with the football being played. A lot of birds and wildlife around too, seagulls and their chicks. Ducks, a hare and many wild birds flying around. Lovely to watch them. We even had 3 chicks in a nest on our roof. Quite noisy when Mum and Dad came with food, but they soon settled down again. Awww.

The caravan could have been a little cleaner. The main areas were all good and was pleasantly surprised. However the room doors needed some attention, they hadn't been washed down for awhile. Some drawers needed wiping out too. Also the decking needed power washing as it was mossy in places. Not dangerous, but looked a bit messy. None of this spoilt our stay, as the main areas were clean. The caravan is probably in need of an update now. The fabric mat at the front door needs replacing to something more weather proof. Was sopping wet after a downpour.

The beds where very uncomfortable and the boiler and dish washer could use instructions on how to use as had to google.
