It was my first day of my first ever time visiting Malaysia. I booked this place because it was near that airport enough, so that I could take some rest. I didn't know that in Malaysia, some places would ask you to transfer RM100 deposit beforehand. Unfortunately, I could not do international transferring because my country doesn't allow it. While we were trying to get this solved, I kind of showed my intention of cancelling the booking to opt for a less troublesome option, the staff changed the attitude to "that's your problem, not my problem", which bothered me a bit. But overall, the location is good (still had to take Grab from the station though).
