Bad and air-conditioning is good

I don't like about 1.sink in the bathroom is leaking and tersumbat ..please check 2. Ceiling.fan at the room please check bcoz u not service 3. U must explain carefully bcoz Ur policy...I booked form 21 until 23 April...and I understand that I will check out on 23 April before 5 pm...so u must explain to customer about this .... 4.Ur staff inform me that i whatssup at the staff and chatgpt reply me...make sure u improve Ur service..make sure human reply the customer...I not satisfied bcoz about check out I ask in whasthaap about check about early in the morning about 6.40am to confirm about it and the information form staff when I ask, staff reply me that I can check out before 5.00pm bcoz in policy... And when Ur staff call me about that I must check out at 8.00am on 23 April it's different info...U must improve Ur service .make sure human reply the massage not u use chatgpt...

Sy order check in 20-check out 23hb. Tapi jam 8 pg sykt dah call minta Keluar segera. 8.05 cleaner dah smpai. Dia bg stgh jam utk kemas tapi otw setengah jam masa kemas tu berkali2 call bagi tau customer baru dah nak masuk. Sedang kan dlm wasup bg tau check out 5 pm at the same day. 9.08 am call plk tanya kunci sedang kan dah hntr gambar kunci dah hntq ke wasup.
