Presented as per the photos and was clean and tidy with everything we needed for our 3 day stay (including an iron). Having two separate bathrooms was a huge benefit. Will stay here again.

Apartment was on street level so could not sleep with windows open.

The apartment is in a great location: walking distance from the centre, casa de Campo parque and lake, a play park, supermarket metro stop and all with a view of the amazing Royal Palace. It was clean and cosy and had all facilities needed for a week away. Check in and check out we're quick and easy. We would definitely return.

This place is incredible!! Was going to a concert at Sala La Riviera and this was only 5minutes walk or less from the venue! The apartment is very big with spacious rooms! Very clean with a nespresso machine and pods for your coffee. All the cleaning supplies and pods for the dishwasher where packed ensuring you have brand new sponges. The kitchen had all the utensils you may need fully stocked. My favourite part was the flooring, I didn’t notice until i came back late at night and removed my shoes but the floor was heated which was incredible after spending a whole day in the cold! I had booked very last minute (the same day of my arrival) because i had made a mistake when booking a different place and they were so lovely at catering every little need i had. They weren’t able to come so quickly to the apartment so they sent an uber with the keys so i could go inside! Also the service they provide giving you advises and making sure your stay is confortable by sending you messages and replying very quickly to any question you may have! On my last day I asked them if they had any recommendations on places i could go visit and shortly after they sent me a list of attractions and restaurants!! I highly recommend going to this apartment or any of the MintyStay locations!!

Very nice and modern apartment. Has all supplies and equipment for convenient holiday accommodation. Good location to reach Madrid’s major attractions. 10 min walking distance to Royal Palace and 20 min walking distance to Mayor Plaza. There are many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and happily accommodate guests’s requests.
