It is located in Itchan Kala, so the access to all the historic sites was very convenient. It was a nice experience to stay in a Madrasa! Nothing fancy, but the atmosphere was very nice. There is a large terrace area where you could relax when you get tired of sight-seeing. Staffs were nice and attentive, willing to help - when it's needed, they used the translation app to communicate. I had to leave early to take a plane, so I asked for a taxi, and not only they arranged the driver, but also they packed the breakfast to go! I really appreciated their warm hospitality!

El personal es muy amable y profesional. La ubicación y entrada al hotel es chulísima. El hotel es una antigua madraza, muy acogedor. Las habitaciones son las antiguas aulas. El desayuno es variado y rico.

I really loved this hotel. The room was very cute and comfortable. The bathroom had its own big water heater so you could always get a very hot shower with great shower pressure (currently neither works in my Bukhara hotel). The hotel is in the middle of everything yet the inner courtyard is super quiet and peaceful (unlike the madrassa hotel next to the big unfinished minaret, which has tours constantly walking into it, there were no tours here). Reception manager spoke good English and was kind and helpful. Breakfast was small but I think good by Khiva standard (this was the second hotel I stayed at) - they have a coffee machine that actually makes drinkable coffee which was huge plus from prior place, and they make the coffee and tea from bottled water. My one wish is that they would have had a toaster for bread. Note they don’t have laundry on site so plan ahead if that’s something you’ll need (they offered to wash by hand). Overall really recommend, I loved my stay.
