I didn’t like anything about the property . As you are well aware already we had to Leave the day we arrived as you failed to provide the necessary requirements for an overnight stay: toilet roll, bed linen and towels were all missing! I was also unable to reach anyone by phone. I was not informed there was an issue with your linen, towel and toilet roll provider and found out via a whatsapp message which was both uninformative and unapologetic. The lack of communication on when the issue would be resolved was appalling. We were simply told linen would arrive “later’ and towels ‘tomorrow’. I was travelling with children who needed the toilet, shower, a sleep in the height of the summer in Madrid city and we could not even do those basic things! The place was dirty as well. I had no choice but to leave the accommodation as it was not as advertised or fit for purpose yet you would not respond to my complaint at the time or afterwards and request for a refund for a place I had paid for yet could not stay in has been ignored.

El apartamento estaba sucio con pelos en el plato ducha,en el sillón cama había unos calcetines, el polvo por toda la casa era de vergüenza, tuvimos que compartir cama porque el sillón cama aparte de los calcetines estaba con muchas manchas,llegó una persona a dejarnos las toallas porque no habían y limpio un poco lo q pudo ,(gracias) pero la verdad la estancia fue muy decepcionante .de todo esto y más enviamos fotos .

Getting in the apartment worked fine.

WIFI did not work and staff did not help. Only online contact with standard answers but no assistance that was of any support.

Very nice size. Very clean. In great location to shops and restaurants. Good value. Happy to find an apartment for one night.

The apartment is so large but only one small couch in living area, which only accommodates two people. Plenty of room for a couple side chairs which would make it so much more comfortable. Other than that, perfect!

The apartment has almost nothing - especially the kitchen. for example, we only had one fork. very low on furniture around the apartment as well.
